标题[问题] Bibtex编译问题

我是用ChiTeX介面，最阳春的Plain文献格式。
*.bib格式如上，可是编译出来後的结果变成
Smith. Political institutions, policy choice and the survival of leaders.
British Journal of Political Science, 32: 565-90, 2002.
原本四位作者只剩下最後一位的"姓"。
我改写了整份参考资料的格式重新编译，还是一样orz.
而且怪的是使用bibtex读取的时候并未出现错误讯息。
希望板上有经验的使用者们能够提供一些解决的意见，谢谢。
