Hello!
This is a problem with the Miktex Basic installation. If you install the
Miktex Complete installation this problem disappears.
I did not have this problem on my old computer on which I had the complete
installation. Then, I changed to a new computer where I installed the Miktex
Basic and I had this problem. So, uninstalled the Basic and installed the
Miktex Complete. Now I don't have this problem.
