标题[问题] 表格问题(自动换行、第一行顶到线)

请问如何做出跟下方相同的东西

碰到的问题：
1.指定宽度後不会换行
2.第一行(Note...)会顶到表格的线(跟线非常接近)，不如图中会有间隔
附上目前尝试的结果

\begin{tabular}{|l| p{1.0\textwidth}}
\hline
{\large\textbf{Note.}} In this book the terms ``mapping,'' ``map,''

\hline

还是它可以有不是表格的做法？
请大家帮忙，谢谢。
补充：外框跟内文宽度相同
