标题[疑惑] 扫毒後的警告如何解决 ?

我的电脑是vista版本 , 用avira扫毒後
报告的尾端出现下列的叙述 :

有个疑问想请教
现在有三个档案打不开 , 诡异的是我从C槽也找不到那些档案 ,
那我该如何把他们找出来呢 ?
因为一直没办法辨识,不知道那些档案有没有毒,所以很想把他们找出来删掉.

1F：→ serlontw:这3个档案一个是分页档一个是休眠用档一个是CDROM驱动档 12/29 00:36
2F：→ slsf:基本上电脑有许多档案是 "使用中" 所以会被锁定打不开 12/29 00:39
3F：→ faleim:所以不用管他即可吗 ? 12/29 00:39
4F：→ slsf:不用理他，本来扫毒就会遇到很多被锁定的档案 12/29 00:41
