标题[问题] 用 and 、 but 连接句子时，需要加逗号吗？

如标题，举例来说：
1．She is short. She has blond hair.
A→She is short and she has blond hair.(不加逗号)
B→She is short, and she has blond hair.(加逗号)
请问A或B是正确的？
在主词不同的时候呢？举例如下：
2．Bob likes to play soccer. Carlos likes to play soccer.
A→Bob likes to play soccer and Carlos does, too.
B→Bob likes to play soccer, and Carlos does, too.
'but'的用法呢？举例如下：
3．Kevin is a nice person. He sometimes quarrels with his manager.
A→Kevin is a nice person but he sometimes quarrels with his manager.
B→Kevin is a nice person, but he sometimes quarrels with his manager.
