不晓得他的用法是否有需要修改与增减的部份呢?

We are sorry to make the following amendment to Mr. Da-Ming Wang’s
transcript which was sent to you two weeks ago.
Please be advised that the credit of the Children Nursery course was
mistakenly printed as two hours due to operational negligence, the correct
credit hours for that course is three. The scores remain unchanged.
Enclosed please find the amended transcript, please ignore the previously
sent copy. Your understanding is very much appreciated. If you have any
