为什麽答案是D,C不行吗?

1F：推 stranck:其实我比较想知道你为什麽认为 (c) 会对，这样比较好回答 03/05 00:30
2F：→ stranck:首先，now 是 adv.，是附加在 "that make up Canada" 上 03/05 00:31
3F：→ stranck:要不是 "... that now make up Canada..."， 03/05 00:34
4F：→ stranck:就是 "... that make up Canada now..."；可是， 03/05 00:34
5F：→ stranck:".. that make up Canada now..." 有个坏处，就是会让人 03/05 00:35
6F：→ stranck:清楚 now 是修改 "that... " 还是 "came across..." 03/05 00:36
7F：→ stranck:如果是 c 的话，除非那是一个 adj.，而且很有可能要加 03/05 00:37
