我看了书还是回答不太出来
可请帮帮我一下
1. Does it seem to you that Faustus is really beyond hope of the redemption
he begs for in his last hour of life, or is it rather that he has still
failed to repent?
2. What are the most significant differences between the passages from the A
and B texts of Doctor Faustus.
3. What is the role of the comic scenes in Faustus?
4. What do you make of Faustus’s exploits as a magician? Could they be more
spectacular or satisfying? What accounts for his gradual descent down the
social ladder?
