标题[问题] 写克漏字遇到的疑问

"concerning" our personal relationships with animals.
这个是从考古题节录出来的一小段，
小弟的疑问就是有打冒号的那个字"concerning"，
虽然写对了但是是用猜的，
很想搞清楚为什麽会用ing而不是to+原V
恳请各位语文高手指点一下
