标题[问题] 德文中有 fair 一字吗?

在研究所用的教科书中，读到了这样一个例句：
Some English words have no exact equivalents in other languages;
for example, there is no German word
for the adjective "fair," as in "fair play."
请问德文高手们，德文里头确实没有能确切翻译 fair (公平、公正) 的单字吗？
如果真是这样的话，背後是否有什麽典故呢？
网路上查不太到相关资讯...

3F：→ deatherpot:用在游戏比赛上，德文通常都会用到fair，但是法律上 10/03 00:31
