与他人争辩自己反对的论点时，我们也许会忘了有部分论点是自己也同意的。如此其他共事者可能会短暂地成为劲敌，也可能会造成冲突。不过狮子们，今天只要你认真倾听，让对方说明完他的解释，即使你不赞同全体，也会发现有些部分是你也全心全意认同的。为了得出最佳解决方案打开心胸吧。

When we argue with someone over a point we disagree on, we might forget that there are other things that we do agree on. That other party may temporarily become a nemesis, and it could also lead to a conflict.
But if you truly listen to and hear out someone's explanation today, Leo, you may discover that there are some points that you can agree with wholeheartedly, even if you don't agree with everything. Be open-minded for the best solution.

过年期间不免会与亲戚长辈们聊上几句。
遇到意见不一致的议题时，听完对方的论点，
撷取自己也同意的部分，再偷渡一些自己的想法。
例如：
长辈：「跟你说吼，吃苹果对身体很好啦！
那个什麽医生说一天一苹果，不用来见我，
苹果要每天吃知不知道blablabla」
自己：「嗯嗯嗯~身体健康真的很重要！
上次看到橘子有很多维生素C，纤维含量也很丰富，
所以最近都吃橘子顾健康，才能到处去玩blabla」
有共识才有沟通，先找出双方共有的核心吧:3
(没有共识就...那种一年只见几次的就让它去吧)
