Junior linguists mainly include undergraduate students studying linguistics, but Master's and PhD level submissions will also be welcomed. Plenary speakers are: - Celeste Guillemot (Hosei University) "Perceptual biases in the acquisition of second language pronunciation" - Soo-Hwan Lee (Gyeongsang National University) "What Bantu languages tell us about nominalizations" - Linmin Zhang (NYU Shanghai) "A Degree-QUD-based perspective on informativeness: The cases of cumulative-reading sentences and multi-head comparatives" The 10th AJL conference will be held at the International Christian University , located in Tokyo, Japan. The conference will be hosted in person at the International Christian University, and a Zoom component will be used for participants who cannot attend in person.
