标题[讨论] 从txt汇入中文？

请问有没有高手知道如何从txt档汇入中文？
win7 区域语言设定 台湾
matlab 7.7.0(R2008b)
matlab font preference设定 微软正黑体
eiditor中可显示中文comment
但txt档里的中文 读进来是乱码
如果在command window直接输入中文 得到：
>> a='我'
a=
--
