David de Gea - 7 (7.2)
Had to make some smart saves as Watford threatened to get back into the game
in the second-half.
Antonio Valencia - 8 (7.3) (这个英文看不懂....T1000是什麽)
So relentless down the right flank he could have been mistaken for the T1000
from Terminator 2. Phil Jones nicknames him the machine and he lived up to
that billing.
Chris Smalling - 7 (6.9)
Another solid outing for the centre-back after a hesitant few months. Seems
to enjoy playing alongside Eric Bailly.
Eric Bailly - 8 (7.8) (真的是今年的大收获!!!)
United's best defender this season bossed Watford's forwards after enduring
maybe his poorest performance at Vicarage Road. Instigated plenty of attacks,
too.
Daley Blind - 5 (6.7)
Grew into the game and was often a useful outlet on the left flank but was
skinned by M'Baye Niang on two occasions to gift Watford chances.
Ander Herrera - 7 (7.75)
Drew applause from his manager with one tackle and is comfortable in a
two-man midfield with Paul Pogba.
Paul Pogba - 7 (7.1) (今天值得鼓励 有认真的在防守)
Enjoyed one of his best halves of the season, which was particularly
encouraging in a midfield axis. His passing was much more precise but faded
in the second period.
Juan Mata - 7 (8.28)
His intuitive movement allowed him to claim the vital opener and he
dovetailed effectively with Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
Anthony Martial - 8 (8.37) (MOM!!!)
This was a 'magnificent' enough performance to ensure he starts the next
game. A constant threat down the left, assisted the opener and scored.
Henrikh Mkhitaryan - 7 (8.17)
Took some time to get going but once United upped the tempo so did the
Armenian. Offered thrust through the middle.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic - 5 (7.09)
Dropped so needlessly deep he was sometimes in his own half. A liability in
possession and wasteful with his finishing, it was no coincidence his Martial
assist came high up the pitch.
Subs
Marouane Fellaini - 6 (6.07)
Shored things up.
Marcus Rashford - 6 (6.0)
Threatened immediately.
Jesse Lingard - 5 (5.7)
Came on too late.
