标题[请益] "研究员"职称

请教一下 像是我们中研院的研究员
英文职称要怎麽写呢? 譬如姓林的话
要称呼为 Prof. Lin 或是 Dr. Lin ?
会有这样的问题
是因为我最近要写一个文件 里面要用到一些学者的职称
我的原则是这样 -> 确定某人有教职 就冠 Prof.
某人是博士後 就冠 Dr.
还没拿到博士 就直接写名字
可是现在有一个大头 他是 Project Leader
然後我用 Google 搜寻 他应该是没有教职 但如果只用 Dr. 感觉又蛮奇怪的...

(平常 email 往返都是用 first name 相称 所以不用职称 @@a)
