标题[微积] 一题级数敛散性的题目

Test for conditional and absolute convergence of
∞ (-1)^n
Σ ───────, p＞0
n=2 n^p + (-1)^n
小弟尝试用 Leibniz's Test 测试它是否收敛
再挂上绝对值去测它的absolute/conditional convergence
可是在第一步就遇到麻烦
Leibniz Test 没办法保证对於任意 p > 0, 第n+1项一定小於等於第n项
请高手解救 感谢 ><
