标题[NDS ] EDGE出了新内核v1.31

EDGE OS v1.31 and Moonshell for EDGE (Rel 2) have been released.
Changes include:
Game compatibility fixes
Skinning system enabled
Japanese GUI translation added
Moonshell soft reset support added (you must download Moonshell
for EDGE Release 2 to take advantage of this)

刚过完年那时候因为各种卡都缺货(R4/DSTT)，只能买EDGE
後来才发现面板更换有些问题，看各大讨论区也没办法解决(没人成功换过)
查了一下google，有香港人写信去官网抱怨，终於出了新的OS版本
晚点回家後来做个测试，如果可以使用自定面板的话
那这张卡就真的是便宜又好用
