标题[NDS ] R4 SDHC内核v1.25释出

虽然这张只是R4的仿卡而已
不过还是有在进行内核的维护
现在v1.25版在12/10出来了

另外如果是R4正卡而非R4 SDHC的话
这个内核应该是没有办法使用的，请R4正卡使用者不要试着更换内核
