标题[Wii ] cIOSXrev20 released

本次最大的差异是新增了一大堆的IOS base
以及可以自由选择slot安装(但应该是除了hermes和254以外)
不过对一般使用者来说，依然不建议升级
因为大多数的loader还是在hermes v4还有waninkoko rev17上的相容性最好
USB Loader GX来说，曾经有某几版支援hermes v5和waninkoko rev19
但是因为不稳定後来又被回溯了
另外，因为rev20出了之後马上就发现installer的bug，在某些机器无法安装
所以请大家下载的时候要找rev20b的版本
所以又出了rev20b，目前外面流传的以20为主，20b还末更新
