The top four seeds will be the three division winners plus the team with the
next best record. Those four will be ordered by record (and tiebreakers if
needed), so it's possible that two teams in the same division could hold the
top two spots, with the other two division winners at Nos. 3 and 4.
前四种子分别为三个分组冠军以及此三队外战绩最好的球队，而这四个球队的种子排名
则是依照他们的战绩来排序(若有平手的状况则需要参考tiebreaker，此条件晚点会在加以
说明)，所以也有可能会出现同一分组内战绩最好的两支球队刚好分别为分区前两种子的情
况。
Seeds 5 through 8 are the next four teams according to record (and tiebreakers
if needed).
而第五到第八种子就是依序排下来战绩较佳的四支球队(若有平手状况同样需要参考
tiebreaker)。
First Round matchups are as follows:
‧1 vs. 8
‧4 vs. 5
‧2 vs. 7
‧3 vs. 6
这就不加以解释了。
Conference Semifinals matchups are as follows:
‧1-8 Winner vs. 4-5 Winner
‧2-7 Winner vs. 3-6 Winner
这是分区准决赛的对战顺序。
Homecourt advantage for any series is determined by record, not seed. So, it's
possible that the 5 seed could have homecourt advantage over the 4, or that the
6 seed could have homecourt advantage over the 3.
在任何系列赛的对战中，主场优势是由对战两队其中战绩较优者所取得，所以有可能会出
现种子顺序较低却取得主场优势的情况。
Tiebreakers
(1) Head-to-head
(2) Division record (if the teams are in the same division)
(3) Conference record
(4) Record vs. Playoff teams, own conference
(5) Record vs. Playoff teams, other conference
(6) Net points, all games
最後是此篇的重点，tiebreaker的条件。在两队战绩相同时依序考虑下列的条件来决定两
队间的种子排名或是主场优势的取得:
1. 两队之间的对战战绩
2. 与分组内其他球队的对战成绩(若两球队在同一分组的条件下)
3. 与同分区球队的对战成绩
4. 与同分区已确定进入季後赛的队伍之对战成绩
5. 与另一分区已确定进入季後赛的队伍之对战成绩
6. 球队所有比赛的净得失分和

Two-Team Tiebreaker
1. Division winner (this criterion is applied regardless of whether the tied
teams are in the same division)
2. Better record in head-to-head games
3. Higher winning percentage within division (if teams are in the same division

4. Higher winning percentage in conference games
5. Higher winning percentage against playoff teams in own conference
6. Higher winning percentage against playoff teams in opposite conference
7. Higher point differential between points scored and points allowed
多了第一项，身为分组冠军者自动取得较高的种子顺位。
不过这7项条件只适用於当只有两队战绩平手时，当平手队伍为三队或以上时，又有另外
的规则:
Three-Team Tiebreaker

2. Best head-to-head winning percentage among all teams tied
3. Highest winning percentage within division (if teams are in the same
division)
4. Highest winning percentage in conference games

理论上差不多，只是在考虑对战成绩时要将与所有平手队伍的成绩都考虑进去，另外不考
虑与另一分区季後赛球队的对战成绩。
