我在自十，昨天晚上5点到9点多一样不稳，
Google搜寻、Plurk都开不太起来
traceroute（Windows下是tracert）似乎能检查封包经过的路径，
得到底下的结果

似乎是在 7 ，也就是教育部的地方卡住了？
由於我也是一知半解，不知道有没有了解的人可以解释＠＠
