使用者兼 NCCU_GPHOTO 板板主 highvc 持 star98 以其职务之便
以重制他人着作方式获利後删除文章掩饰。
依触犯不当更动帐号数值管理办法第二条第一、六款及第九条，
处以帐户归零、分身帐号全数砍除、停权四周、罚单五张并解除其所有职务，
两年内 highvc 及其持有之帐号均不得担任本站任何职务。
NCCU_GPHOTO 板依违法看板处理细则第一条第一款，
设为违法看板。
