Find a light microscopy technique which breaks diffraction limit of
resolution and can be used for observing biological specimens. This is also
called super-resolution. Explain the principle and describe how much the
resolution is improved over the diffraction limit. Use your own words and do
not exceed one A4 page. Please turn in an electronic file to TA.
