※ [本文转录自 NtuDormM1 看板] 作者: JackyCheng (教主) 看板: NtuDormM1 标题: [心得] 有关网路问题的总结 2004/07/22 不能连出的国外问题 时间: Thu Jul 22 16:57:47 2004 自2004/07/21 下午3时,由台大出去外面的连线出现问题. 本人於2004/07/22 早上致电计 中报告有关的情况. 但由於初时找不到原因, 所以问题一直未有改善. 但是在22日下午我 再致电网路组的时候, 经网路组的指导下, 终於协助网路组找出原来又是教育部的router 出现一些状况, 令到网路出现问题, 所以现在网路应该可以正常连线. 在此先谢谢网路组 的帮忙 事实上, 大家可以自己动手找出一些情况来向计中网路组报告一些情况, 首先, 如果有用 icq 的同学, 每当icq 突然offline後就不能再online的情况出现, 那麽意味着网路问题 可能发生. 第二, 对於有使用msn messager的同学, 在正常的情况下是不需要设定proxy就可以正常 online, 如果需要proxy 才可以正常online 的话, 就代表网路可能又出现状况了. 而在 没有用 proxy 而正常连线的情况下, 大家应该是可以在msn message的"工具">>"选项">> "连线"内面的"追阶连线资讯"的一项中看到---"您正使用直接连线的方式连至网际网路。 (系统管理员)" 一但网路出现问题"您正使用ISA伺服器(或Proxy)的方式连至网际网路。 (系统管理员)", 假如各位是没有使用proxy而使msn上线的话, 十居其九网路又有问题了. 第三, 假如大家有很多网页开不到或速度其慢, 甚至是完全开不到的话, 请大家用以下的 方法协助计中的网路组找出问题, 我以windows xp 为例: 开始>>执行, 然後输入"cmd", 之後在出现的dos windows 中输入: tracert -d xxxxxxx 其中xxxxxx为大家不能开的网页地址, 例如: www.cyberctm.com. 在正常的情况下, 应出 现以下结果: C:\Documents and Settings\Jacky Cheng>tracert -d www.cyberctm.com Tracing route to www.cyberctm.com [202.175.3.42] over a maximum of 30 hops: 1 <1 ms <1 ms <1 ms 140.112.239.254 2 <1 ms <1 ms <1 ms 140.112.149.250 3 <1 ms <1 ms <1 ms 140.112.1.114 4 1 ms <1 ms <1 ms 203.72.43.254 5 <1 ms <1 ms <1 ms 203.72.43.205 6 1 ms <1 ms <1 ms 203.72.43.201 7 1 ms 1 ms 1 ms 203.160.226.121 8 1 ms 1 ms <1 ms 203.160.227.190 9 30 ms 30 ms 30 ms 203.160.225.78 10 30 ms 29 ms 29 ms 202.175.26.214 11 * * * Request timed out. 12 * * * Request timed out. 13 * * * Request timed out. 14 * * * Request timed out. 15 * * * Request timed out. 16 * * * Request timed out. 17 * * * Request timed out. 18 * * * Request timed out. 19 * * * Request timed out. 20 * * * Request timed out. 21 * * * Request timed out. 22 * * * Request timed out. 23 * * * Request timed out. 24 * * * Request timed out. 25 * * * Request timed out. 26 * * * Request timed out. 27 * * * Request timed out. 28 * * * Request timed out. 29 * * * Request timed out. 30 * * * Request timed out. Trace complete. 由上面两个trace 的结果一比较, 我们就发现我们的网路就在140.112.1.114的位置发生 问题, 也就是教育部的router出现问题所置. 经计中网路组向教育部反映後, 对有问题的 router 作出更变以後 ,网路就立即回复正常. 所以, 当我们遇到网路有问题的时候, 我们除了找网管以外, 我们可以在计中的上班时间 致电网路组5010报告有关的情况, 还有可以send e-mail to [email protected] 计资中心网路组 助理程式设计师 李美雯 收, 把上面的trace 结果以及网路的问题向她 反映, 那麽我相信我们就不用只是在bbs上面叫着网路不通, 网路烂掉的情况. 此外, 李小姐亦向我多次强调, 大家有甚麽问题可以随时send mail to her, 例如网路问 题, p2p的问题等等, 她都非常愿意回答大家, 大家可以不用怕因为自己的ip因为询问p2p 而被知道. 男一Jacky Cheng 经过多次"网路风云"後的心得和总结, 欢迎转载. --
