标题[修缮] 浴室莲蓬头

地点：五楼没有烘衣机的盥洗室，靠近马桶间的浴室。
损坏状况：莲蓬头中的「洞洞片盖」缺失，以致不能淋浴。
坏好久了，都没有人来修，烦请帮忙修缮，谢谢。
