标题[公告] 庄正民老师国企管下周个案讨论

报告组别：
第一组、第二组、第四组、第六组
各组负责工作：
第一组：更新IKEA最新的资料以及现况，以及其他任何同学有兴趣的资讯。
第二组：
1.What were the sources of IKEA's successful entry in furniture retailing
business in Sweden?
2.How important was internationalization to IKEA? What challenges did IKEA
face while expanding internationally, and how did it overcome them?
第四组：
3.What were the management processes by which IKEA coordinated and
controlled its Europe-wide operations? How effective are they?
4.How standardized or locally-adapted was IKEA's operation in Taiwan?
How effective are they?
第六组：
5.What was Ingvar Kamprad’s role in IKEA's development? What challenges
lie ahead for IKEA? Recommend what course of actions Ander Moberg should
follow in order to deal with them.
6.Any additional discussion about IKEA.
老师说「留三十分钟给他」，所以大概每一组上台时间约半个小时。各组请控制好时间。
另外，请做好各组之间的资讯交流，
尽量不要讲到重复的部分，也不要漏失了重要的部分。
在书面报告部分，每一组都需要对每个问题作答，请在报告当天缴交，逾时不候。
请做一张封面，包含报告题目、组员资料、组别、全组签名。
要上台的组别，请在上课前一天寄给助教

档案名称格式：「组别-个案-题目.ppt」，例如「第1组-IKEA-update.ppt」
并且请在上课前十分钟将您要报告的资料以随身碟存至上课用NB。
