来PO一下本年度宿舍搬迁事宜吧~~~ 有问题再发问 壹、搬迁时间 一、应届毕业生：(1) 6月14、15日两天。 (2) 最迟至6月23日24:00前搬离。 二、在校生： (1) 6月14日~20日24:00止为自行搬迁者。 (2) 6月21日~23日集体搬迁，以寝室为单位。 三、暑期住宿者： (1) 现住宿生续住至暑期者直接搬迁新床位时间6月21日~23日（可提前搬迁，请先协 调该寝室之原住宿生搬离时间，以免造成搬迁时之困扰）。 (2) 从校外搬入者时间6月24、25两日。 贰、搬迁作业统一规定 一、所有搬离宿舍同学必需将自已寝室打扫乾净（将垃圾放至各楼层资源回收处） 自行搬离者请通知各楼楼长及宿管中心，统一搬离者於6月21日~23日以寝室为 单位检查（寝室须净空），通知各楼楼长检查无误後，至宿管中心办理退钥匙押金费。 二、 6月23日16:00时前各寝室冷气遥控器统一由各楼长收齐後缴交宿管中心（自行 搬离者，该寝室最後一名住宿生，须将冷气遥控器缴回宿管中心）。 三、暑期住宿者须凭住宿费收据至宿管中心领取钥匙、冷气遥控器及寝室住宿保证书。 四、住宿生若欲申请车辆前来载物，应先向宿管中心填写申请单，核可後交大门警 卫室，由学校大门统一进出。 五、下学期续住，而暑期未住宿者，宿管中心统一於6月22、23日开放2舍4楼(男生) 、3舍8 楼(女生)作为同学物品寄放处（物品须打包、书写姓名.年级.连络电话） ，再开启时间为暑假结束，约9月初(以行事历为主)。请同学务必在开启时间後 2日内领走寄放物品。(再开启时间另行公告) 六、暑期续住者请先将个人物品打包暂放至门外走道上，俟检查後再搬至新寝室。 七、6月23日逾期未搬离者，各舍舍长及宿管中心将强制清理该住宿生的私人物品 ，不负保管责任（欲领回个人物品者，请洽宿管中心）。 八、所有作业时间为每日09:00至16:00时，中午12:00至13:00时为休息时间（特殊原 因者，请事先协调各舍楼长及宿管中心，单独办理退宿作业）。 九、暑住期间为6/24~8/31日，下学期未住宿者应於8/31日24:00前迁出宿舍。下学期 有续住同学可直接迁入新床位(请先协调该寝室之原住宿生搬离时间)。 A: Moving time 1.Graduating students: (1) 6/14, 6/15 (2) The last day will be 6/23. 2. Other students: (1) 6/14~6/23－moving by yourself。 (2) 6/21、22、23— moving collective and examination day. 3. Tenants in summer vacation: Moving time will be 6/21~23(It is allowed to move before the date. Please coordinate with the original tenant by yourself.) PS:The dormitory management center (DMC) to register for room-checking and deposit-returning task. B: Requirement to moving task 1. Clean up your room before leaving and notify the manager of each floor and DMC to register for room-checking and deposit-returning task. 2. Hand in the remoter to the air conditioner to DMC 3. Tenant during summer vacation is required to go to DMC to get the key, remoter to the air conditioner and room certifier. 4. The manager of each dormitory and DMC will clean tenant’s personal property if the tenant doesn’t move out before 6/23. (The property will be storage in DMC) 5. Working time will be 9:00 to 16:00 everyday, and 12:00 to 13:00 will be the break time. ( If you can’t cooperate the time please cooperate with the manager of each floor in advance) 6. 6/24~8/31 will be the accommodation time of summer vacation, person who does not get accommodation next semester should move out of dormitory before 24:00 on 8/31.
