标题[注意]The theme of 10/22's meeting！

大家好，本人将是本周meeting的TME。
为了配合这次meeting特别的workshop，
我们将theme设定为"mentor/ mentee"！
mentor制度的作用即是让有经验的speaker协助new member更有效地准备speeches
new member有任何疑难杂症都可以请教mentor
所以，请所有的speakers於周四前回信给我并回答以下简单的问题：
In what way do you expect your mentor to help you? (for new member, of course)
or
Being a mentor, what would you do to help your mentee? (for old member!)
