标题[公告] Receptionist要做的事

Ｗhat should TWO Receptionists do in this semester:
1.Go to room 603 early.(better before 6:20)
2.Welcome guests & members, and give each one the agenda of this meeting.
Ask guests to leave information of their own.
3.** After the induction, every guest should be charged Admission Fee NT$50 by two
receptionists, but before that it is free entry.
4. When the meeting is about to begin, write down guests' names on the
blackboard. Then President will introduce them to us.
Anyone interested to be a receptionist, please contact me. ^ ^
