We have got to get as far as we can in the Champions League. We have played Ajax before and played in a pre-season tournament there a few weeks ago. It is interesting. Arsenal vice-chairman David Dein Arsenal are a hell of a team, but Sparta and Thun I know very little about. Traditionally it is hard to play away at Sparta. Thun are still a closed book, we know nothing about them. But when you survive the qualification rounds by beating [FC] Dynamo Kyiv and Malmo [FF] relatively easily, then you are opponents that should not be underestimated. Sparta coach Jaroslav Hrebik This is an excellent group with attractive opponents. The first game [against Arsenal] in London should give us some fireworks. We are enormously pleased - some truly incredible games await us. Thun president Kurt Weder Group E AC Milan, PSV Eindhoven, FC Schalke 04, Fenerbahce SK This group is not the best one ever. There are three teams behind us that are pretty much equal and this will probably create some difficulties. It will be curious for us to return to Eindhoven and Istanbul, this gives us a chance to redeem ourselves for what went on in the final last season. Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti Milan are the big favourites, they never have many changes in their squad and they always stay strong. We have made many changes so we have to wait and see how strong we are now. Schalke have grown into one of Germany's top clubs, their performances keep on being good. Fenerbahce are one of my former clubs and, although they have changed a lot since then, they have signed some good players. All in all, a difficult group. Milan will be looking to bounce back from last season's disappointment, and are the favourites. On the other hand, there will be a lot of Turkish fans in Germany and the Netherlands to support us.
