你是要写图形介面的还是文字介面的ftp 程式?
ftp client 还是ftpd, ftp server?
如果是ftp client for cli,

ftpd server的程式, 个人觉得ProFTPD
http://www.proftpd.org/
不错, 您可以从这下载c source code for proftpd供参考.
