标题[问题] Router有VoIP功能要干麻??

最近家里要装宽频
想买壹台支援ADSL2/2+的无线router
但是厂商有两个型号
一个是有搭配VoIP功能,一个没有
想请问router具备VoIP有啥功能?
不是电脑里有VoIP的程式就可以使用网路电话了吗?
那router为什麽要有呢?
