标题[问题] 台大挡Seednet 邮件？

最近寄给同学的邮件都被挡回来，台大在阻挡seednet 发出的信件吗？
我用的是浮动IP的ADSL，而且从来不发垃圾邮件，防毒软体和防火墙
也扫过，都没问题，奇怪的是这个阻挡 的 cblless.anti-spam.org.cn
是中国的一个网路组织，看不出和台大有关系。迷惑中！
