标题[问题]从jersey city 到nyc

It is across the river from Manhattan, in Jersey City (New Jersey).
To get from our place to Manhattan, you can take a train
which is only 8 minutes to the former WTC site.
我在找一个地方 叙述说在jersey city (不过jersey city是不是也很大呢 @@)
有人知道这各地方所在区域更精细的名称会是什麽呢/
或者他说的train指的是什麽? 是penn station到newark的amtrak吗?
