话说 Villa 被美国富商收购後几天 就传出 Belgravia Group 有意买下新堡 当然牧羊人不会理他 只是目前球会处於多事之秋, 球迷又一直喊 "阿Shep下台..." 於是收购消息又再出现在新堡报章的头条了 (′～‵") 虽然Shepherd手上的 29% 股份是不会放手了.... 不过, 根据专业人士的说法... (以下为Kingston University 的 Tom Cannon 的说法) "Freddie Shepherd has enough shares to block the Belgravia Group from taking the club private, which is what they want to do," "He can easily stop them from doing that by refusing to sell his shares and that might put them and any other potential investors off. "But the problem is, with the Halls keen to sell and with lots of small share- holders, Belgravia can easily take their shares beyond the 50% mark and take control of the club. "Freddie is, to all intents and purposes, no matter what has been said and written about him in the past, a supporter of the club. But if Belgravia chose to take that route, it would put him in an uncomfortable position because he will be the minority shareholder at a high-profile club and that isn't an attractive proposition." (所以prefessor都爱打嘴炮, 好长 = = ) 这个要补充一下, 除了牧羊大叔有29%股份 还有40.8% 在 Hall家族手上, 成为最大股东 不过已卖出 21.35%...(所以还有 19.45%) Hall家族还在一直想把手上的股份全卖掉套现 $$ 所以美国佬的主意就是买入他们还有一些小股东的股份 然後手握 >50% 後逼使牧羊人把他的小羊全部卖出 唉, 很快又一支英超球会落入外人手中了...../__\ --
