Newcastle boss Glenn Roeder has played down James Milner's touchline antics after he was substituted during Saturday's 0-0 draw with Middlesbrough. (Roeder否认了Milner对米堡被换下後在边线有点夸张的举动是因为他抓狂了。) The 21-year-old was clearly unhappy when he was replaced by Antoine Sibierski 11 minutes from time, but Roeder later revealed his disappointment was directed only at himself. (这个21岁的右前卫当他被Sibierski换下後的确非常的不高兴，但是Roeder後来 表示Milner只是单纯的对自己的表现感到失望。) He said: "He was disappointed with his own performance, and that is what I want players to be like. (Roeder：Milner只是对自己的表现感到失望，而他的这种态度正是我希望球员该 有的。) "His disappointment was completely directed at himself, which I find very positive and rewarding because there are so many players nowadays who do not always look at themselves." (他的失望完全是因为对於他自己，而我认为这是非常正面而且有益的。因为现在 很多球员都不会去审视他们自己的表现。) ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Milner还年轻，尤其这赛季回来也是他第一次在这边拿到主力首发的位置.... 有时候难免会心急了一点。 但是毕竟我们现在的右前卫只有两个人， Nobby大叔也顶多能在踢一两年，Milner趁这个机会好好的跟Nobby学习吧～ 毕竟技术传中方面Nobby大叔还是更有经验。 以後右前卫的位置没意外还是要Milner完全的顶下来.... 不过说真的对Boro的比赛， 我们禁区并没有可以抢点的人....但好几次还往那传.....orz 传地面球感觉上中场又有时候默契不是很足够=__= 现在要往上去争到欧战席位真的要拼了，老是掉分的话就别忘想了 --
