(From www.nufc.com, adapted from The Telegraph) 　　Bolton midfielder Gary Speed has been relieved of his coaching duties at the Reebok Stadium so he can focus his efforts towards playing. Gary Speed 已被解除博尔顿教练一职 这样他不用再分心，重新集中精神於比赛上。 　　The 38-year-old Speed was given the role by Sammy Lee when he took over from Sam Allardyce at the end of last season, a decision Lee has since retracted. 自小山姆接过刚离开博尔顿的大山姆，担任主帅一职後 他便任命Speed兼任教练一职，不过这次也是小山姆解除其职位的。 　　Lee said: "I would like him to focus on his game at this moment in time. I don't want anything to distract him. I want everybody, coaches and players, to be fully focused on their game." 小山姆的解释非常简单，就是希望队中每名成员都集中精神於其工作。 　　Speculation of a rift between Lee and Speed developed after the former Wales captain was left out of the squad for Bolton's 1-0 defeat to Chelsea on Sunday. 　　Speed was thought to be considering his future and standing down as first- team coach.
