标题[名宿] Kelly：小老弟们听好了

在1991～92球季以绝杀气走港嘴，避免纽卡降入第三级联赛，
并随即在隔年帮助纽卡升超，让泰恩河畔不再缺席顶级联赛的名宿 David Kelly（5X），
日前接受镜报好记者 Lee Ryder 的专访，畅谈对这支新纽卡的看法：
"I've said it for years:
playing up at Newcastle is one of the best places to play for any player.
You are so well backed and what you give on the pitch comes back to you
from the stands.
「无论谁在纽卡效力，就等同於在世界上最棒的地方效力－－这句话我讲过不少次。」
「你可以得到球迷们几近完美的支持。在场上出多少力，看台上就会挺你几分。」
"The Geordie fans really look after you in that sense
and you can use it to help you achieve results.
「在任何情况下，乔迪人们都会关注你、支持你，而你就能用这些力量来追求荣耀。」
"It's a real passion up in Newcastle and the lifestyle is very much
about the team. The progress of the club reflects the mood in the city.
「纽卡城的热情是独一无二的，市民的生活态度也和球队息息相关。」
「球队的表现如何，整个城市的情绪就会随之上下起伏。」
关於现在这些纽卡少年郎的表现..
"If the team can continue to gel this season
they will see the backing continue and they can really enjoy it."
「如果本季队中这些（球员们）能够继续相互融合，他们会不断得到更多支持，
而他们将会非常、非常地乐在其中。」
Kelly 认为，在夏转尾声那一小段球迷再度狂干死胖子的阶段、
还有球队高层无法兑现买人承诺的表现，拜帕肚的努力所赐，把坏影响降到了最低。
帕肚目前是英超九月份最佳主帅的候选人之一。
"I think massive credit goes to Alan Pardew.
「帕肚理应得到很高的赞扬。」
"I have spoken to a couple of friends up in Newcastle
and they say the spirit in the team is there for all to see.
「我和几位仍在纽卡工作的朋友们聊过，他们都说球队上下气氛是显而易见地好。」
"When you look at the situation in pre-season it is a big turnaround.
It's got to be big credit to Alan for the work he's put in.
「当你回头看看我们季前的鸟样，而现在转变了这麽大。
你就可以知道帕肚做得多麽好，而他的努力该得到如何的评价了。」
"I don't think that it's unfair to call Newcastle a surprise package
in fourth place going into October, but to see them in the top four
is tremendous.
「我不觉得－－当球季进入十月，而纽卡还排在英超第四－－这不该令人惊讶。」
「但看到（这群年轻人）能把球队稳定在第四名，还是棒透了。」
"I know Alan is a very organised manager and is very disciplined
with his players. But it is certainly working well at the moment."
「我知道帕肚是一位很系统化、也很严格要求球员的教练。」
「不过，他带来的这些方式，显然在纽卡运作地很好。」

第四根柱称赞赌鬼（Llambias）、黑白蛋稍早也认为帕肚是非常棒的教练，
看来最近纽卡总算上了好久不见的轨道啊 (￣﹁￣||)
