在2018年10月开始跑绿卡程序, 现在还在prevailing wage
8843form 里有个问题
During 2018, did you apply for or take other affirmative steps to apply for,
lawful permanent resident status in the U.S. or have an application pending
to change your status to that of a lawful permanent resident of U.S.?
这会影响2018该以NRA或RA的报税身分吗?
还是就以是否待满5年来区分
