The Head of Engineering is responsible for the daily management of the Engineering Department and the overall planning & execution of a variety of product development programs and audio technology research projects, from initial brief through to delivery. This role is responsible for project managing engineering workstreams and works closely with the Operations/Production, Product Management and Marketing teams to ensure overall successful execution of business deliverables The Head of Engineering must have considerable management experience in a dynamic environment and demonstrate a high degree of accountability.
