标题[北美] Apple/Intel Digital IC Engineer Offer

小弟目前硕二预计年底毕业，
暑假的时候在intel实习拿到return offer，
另外面试拿到Apple的offer。
职称稍微不同，
但是都是做digital IC的工作，
碰碰verilog，IP整合之类的。
这几天intel才给了offer的数字，
比想像中及查到的资料高，
但是base还是跟Apple差了13k左右，
不过HR有试算过加上bonus只剩差2k。
Apple则是时薪制，
应该没有bonus是拿加班费。
sign-on方面intel差10k，
RSU差20k，
不过intel三年发完Apple四年发完。
想问问各位大大有没有在这两间公司任职的经验，
除了TC有没有其他地方值得一提的，
譬如未来发展、公司风气、WLB，
