Assist c ustomers in solving problems related to the application of Onto Innovation ste ppers to their manufacturing processes. ‧ Supports the Applications Lab for live demo with customer and provides exec ution support when required. ‧ Interface with external customers and internal departments to best determin e equipment specifications. ‧ Perform experiments and/or analytical investigations within guidelines supp lied by senior engineers. ‧ Report on results of experiments, tests and studies, provide preliminary in terpretation. ‧ Aid in design and development of new equipment or redesign of existing systems to meet customer requirements. ‧ Communicate with external sales personnel and internal departments to deter mine customer needs. ‧ Apply good problem solve skills to support customer process related issues and applications issues. ‧ Will be required to work with Marketing to generate data for conferences an d magazine articles ‧ Demonstrate systems to customers and provide customer training to ensure s ystems are being used effectively. ‧ Up to 30% travel is required with extended stays at customer locations Job details Employment Full-time Job Function Sales, Business Development Industry Home My Network Post Notifications Jobs --
