Inteplast Lolita, TX Site 诚徵一名 Technical Engineer Lolita, TX 位於德州南部，离Houston约100英里，开车大约两小时车程。多数员工住在 Victoria, TX 或 Port Lavaca, TX。Victoria人口较多，生活机能较好，但距离公司约 50分钟车程。 Port Lavaca人口较少，生活机能不如Victoria但基本超市药局都有，距离 公司约25分钟车程。 工作内容请见以下： 1. Monitor quality and productivity of all aspects of the production on a daily basis. 2. Propose modifications to equipment or procedural changes to improve quality and productivity. 3. Prepare production instructions for trials and experiments. 4. Utilize technical skills to optimize the characteristics of experimental products. 5. Utilize statistical techniques to improve product quality consistency and identify sources of process variation. 6. Utilize process knowledge and electrical/mechanical troubleshooting skills to identify process equipment malfunctions that create productivity or quality abnormalities. 7. Prepare and maintain raw material and product specifications. 8. Propose modifications on quality control specifications based on statistical data. 9.
