Do not upgrade to uTorrent 2.0.4 / downgrade to 2.0.3 again
As some may have noticed, the tracker is timing out a lot of requests the
past few days in your Bittorrent client. This is caused by a bug in uTorrent
2.0.4 making it announce too often (like 50x as much).
uTorrent 2.0.4 is now banned as a result of that, so please downgrade to an
earlier version or upgrade to one of the 2.2 beta versions.
Downgrade your uTorrent to version 2.0.3
You will experience more timeouts in the next few hours maybe, please be
patient.
