标题[问题] 新版utorrent连不上App studio

我使用新版的utorrent 2.2
虽然可以下载 BT ，但看不到 App studio
点 New Apps 时，会显示
We couldn't connect ot the App Studio.
Pleas check ypur Internet connection and then try visiting
the app studio again.
点 Check for update 时显示
Unable to contact uTorrent update server.
我试过关掉 Win 7 64-bit 的防火墙，都是这样
我没装其他的防火墙了
请问我该如何解决 ?
