标题[请益] Ubuntu内fopen开https(不用curl)

因为某些问题不能用curl，
然而在Ubuntu 12.04上用fopen开https的网页似乎会有
PHP Warning: fopen(): SSL operation failed with code 1. OpenSSL Error
messages:
error:14077410:SSL routines:func(119):reason(1040)
这个错误回报，请问该如何解决呢？感谢！
