标题[请益] PHP EXCEL_reader 读档问题 急

不好意思请问各位高手
为何我在读档时都会出现
The filename s.xls is not readable
我上传的档案有进SERVER，已确认过档案权限开everyone
再去读他要进DB就会这样
$this->excel_reader->setUTFEncoder('iconv');
$this->excel_reader->setOutputEncoding('utf8');
$this->excel_reader->read("$excel_name");
已转过UTF8
GOOGLE不到解
请教各位高手
环境win8.1 xampp php5.5
