标题mail function

小弟新手
做了个简单寄信范例想要寄信
但是都会跑出failed to connect mailsever at localhost port 25
请问这个是我哪里没有设定好吗
我去 Windows资料夹下面改过php. ini 的smtp 和他的port 但他的错误讯息都还是显示localhost 和port 25
请教各位大大 我已经上网找过但没有解答
