IP management 课程需要在期末交一份 Term Paper
以下是内容描述
The first part is for each student to study the IP laws and
international regulations and write a term paper accordingly (30%).
This is an individual assignment, and it is primarily the IP fundamentals
which include the laws, regulations or rules of US and European Union,
as well as the TRIPS of WTO, with regard to Patents, Copyrights,
Trademarks, Trade Secrets,
Layouts of Integrated Circuits (Semiconductor Chip Protection Act of US),
and Fair Competition (Antitrust of US).
