False Marking Case Dismissed
Judge Brinkema has dismissed Matthew Pequignot’s false marking case against
Solo Cup and cancelled the trial previously set to be heard this month.
At oral arguments, the Judge indicated that the ruling is intended to
"get [the] case teed up for the Federal Circuit."
初审法官想快点交给上诉法院去审理
因此在快要让陪审团庭审之前通过被告的简易判决动议
驳回本案
本案诉状是在2007年9月5号递交法院
打了要1年10个月
